The room was nice and warm with a lovely view out front plus the bed was super comfortable leading to a great night's sleep and I really appreciated the breakfast which was brilliantly cooked and filled me up for the day ahead. One of the highlights was the staff they were friendly and cute making us feel important which you don’t find everywhere.

It wasn't exactly inexpensive but the experience was still tolerable.

the location is fantastic, just off the main square and close to the attractions of richmond, with easy access to the beautiful friary tower and gardens, making it a perfect spot for scenic strolls and city adventures.

The double room with a shared bathroom was kept impeccably clean and comfortable. the bathroom setup could have used more privacy. Parking could be a little tricky due to limited space. a pleasant experience with the potential for improvement in certain areas.
